Most translation projects are priced by the source word count. We charge per word of the original document, not the translation. Certified translation, interpretation, and some specialist formats are priced differently.
Yes. Our legal and notarial translation service includes sworn translation by accredited translators. Required for documents submitted to Spanish courts, embassies, and official bodies.

A professional translator handles 2,000-2,500 source words per day. Shorter projects (under 1,000 words) typically take 2-3 business days. Larger projects are quoted individually.
Yes. Send us your terminology glossary or style guide and we apply it throughout. If you do not have one, we build a basic glossary during the first project that you own and can use for future orders.
Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, XLIFF, JSON, PO files, and plain text. We return the translation in the same format unless you need something different.
All translators sign NDAs. Confidentiality agreements are available for sensitive projects. Documents are transferred securely on request. We do not use cloud translation tools for confidential material.
