Wide Translations delivers digital services. This policy sets out when refunds apply.
We begin work after payment confirmation. Because digital services are consumed on delivery, orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun, in line with EU consumer rights rules for digital content (Article 14, Directive 2011/83/EU).
Contact hello@widetranslations.com within 14 days of delivery if the output contains confirmed errors not resolved through revision rounds. We review and, where confirmed, offer partial or full refund proportional to the error impact.
Approved refunds returned to original payment method within 5-10 business days. Stripe fees not refunded.
