Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all orders placed with Wide Translations S.L. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accept these terms.

Services

Wide Translations provides professional translation, localization, and consulting services. All services are delivered digitally.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed via our website and paid via Stripe. Confirmation email sent on payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun without written agreement.

Delivery

Timelines agreed at project start. Standard timelines are listed per package and service. Rush service available where indicated and confirmed by us.

Revisions

Each package includes stated revision rounds. Revisions must be submitted as a consolidated list within 14 days of delivery. Scope changes are priced separately.

Accuracy and liability

We produce accurate translations with a two-stage review process. We do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of translated content, or inaccuracies arising from illegible or ambiguous source material. Liability is limited to the value of the order.

Confidentiality

All translators sign NDAs. Documents are treated as confidential and not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes subject to the courts of Girona, Spain.
